OUR EXPERIENCE

Tenant Screening Plus, LLC. specializes in providing Risk Management Housing Services to Residential Property Owners and Prospective Tenants, throughout the Greater Milwaukee and surrounding areas. With the success of our Second Chance Rental Program we have projected an expansion throughout the Wisconsin in 2021.

OUR MISSION

At Tenant Screening Plus, Our mission when we created the Second Chance Rental Program, is to have landlords in our program that recognize the demand for individuals with Poor Credit, A First Time Renter and an Eviction, in need of housing.

OUR PROGRAM

Prospective Tenants now have a service that offers them a chance at renting a clean, newly remodeled apartment, duplex, townhouse or single family house. We have landlords in our program willing to rent to you, when others have turned you down due to your rental history.
