how to apply


  • Complete (1) Rental Application online, do not apply multiple times per property
  • Pay the non refundable application fee of $50.00 (click on Pay Now tab)
  • Email proof of Income and Two forms of Identification to:
  • Applications must be approved to view vacant rental properties
  • Applications must be processed & approved 10 days BEFORE your expected move in date or the move in date will change to the following month
  •  **NEW** We accept cosigners for applicants who don't qualify for the 2nd Chance Program.  
  • A Placement Fee of $150.00 is due after approval. It is the fee for our services and is not applied towards the security deposit or affiliated with the Landlords within the program. You will view properties after approvals and all fees are paid. 
  • A Refund of the placement fee is given if we do not have vacancies available before your scheduled move in date. Refunds can take up to 2 full weeks to be received via mail by money order. 
  • It can take up to 3 business days to process your application
  • Small dogs under 35lbs accepted for certain properties
  • Applications are valid for 30 days after approval
  • Section 8 Housing accepted on specified properties
  • Emergency Assistance Accepted on all properties
